Master Instructor / Math & Social Studies
Jeff Morris is a highly-respected certified teacher with more than 20 years experience in education as a teacher and coach. He has worked to shape a multitude of curriculums for both high school and middle school and his hands-on work with children ranges from k-12.
He holds Masters in Teaching and Educational Leadership and is certified as a principal/supervisor. Jeff has always believed in educating the whole child, as evident in his roles creating a character education program while teaching mathematics at Fair Lawn High School and serving as advisor to the National Honor Society, which recognizes both high academic achievement and active involvement in community.
As a certified personal trainer, Jeff started a fitness company that offers both personal and corporate wellness programs. In addition, he has shaped a variety of employee community initiatives and human resource programs as a consulting advisor to small businesses focused on creating more productive and retention-centric cultures.
Jeff is a passionate reader and a recreational endurance athlete enjoying events from adventure racing to Ironman. Jeff is an avid supporter of several causes including Alzheimer’s Disease and Epilepsy and has organized several long distance events to support each. He currently lives in Mahwah with his wife and four children.
Bill Parisi is a 1990 graduate of Iona College with a degree in Business Administration. He was selected as a two time NCAA Division 1 Track & Field All American and 1988 United States Olympic Trials Qualifier in the Javelin Throw. Saddled with $50,000 dollars in student loan debt, Bill founded the Parisi Speed School in 1992 out of a $500 van.
He has grown the Parisi Program to over 100 locations across the globe by helping club owners tap into the 7 billion dollar sports performance training market. His locations have collectively trained over 650,000 youth athletes that continue to spread the company mission of developing a positive character in youth regardless of their athletic ability or economic status.
Lead Instructor / Science & Social Studies
Amy Donohue is a certified K-8 teacher with a NJ Middle School Science Certification. She earned her BS in elementary education from Penn State and was also a member of the Penn State women’s cross country and track and field teams. She has her masters in Curriculum and Instruction from The College of New Jersey. Amy is also in the process of earning her STEM Leadership Certificate through NASA’s Endeavor Program.
Amy has over 15 years of teaching experience and coached track and field at Northern Valley Old Tappan for several years. She also works part time at the Buehler Challenger and Science Center where she is an educator and mission commander. She is married and is a mom of 3 active boys. Amy enjoys running, spending time with her family, and loves learning anything new, especially about space.
Instructor / Language Arts & Computer Science
James Kuntz is a 2012 graduate of Oberlin College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in English. In addition to his studies at Oberlin, James played point guard for the NCAA Division 3 Squirrels.
He has 8 years experience as a software developer and graphic designer creating websites and applications for clients in a wide range of industries, including television, marketing, warehousing & storage, real estate, schools, and more.
James previously taught 8th grade computer science and graphic arts classes at Saddle River Day School, where he also coached the middle school boy’s basketball team.
Heather Campanile, MS, RD

With a diverse client list that includes Adults, Children and Athletes, Heather’s nutrition practice is dedicated to helping clients reach their health and nutrition goals.
Heather has been a practicing dietitian since 2005, after studying at Hunter College in NYC and completing a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education and Food Science from Montclair State University where she is currently an Adjunct Nutrition Professor.
Dr. Robert Gilbert
Dr. Rob Gilbert, a professor of applied sport psychology at Montclair State University (NJ), has devoted the last 40 years to researching the mental skills of the world’s greatest athletes and coaches. A sought-after expert in the field of sport psychology, peak performance and motivation, Dr. Gilbert has appeared on hundreds of radio and television programs and has delivered speeches to major academic institutions and corporations. Dr. Gilbert is also an accomplished writer who has published multiple titles.

Strength & Performance Coach
Khalil has been in the fitness realm since 2008 when training for high school wrestling. After 5 years of competitive wrestling and being under a barbell, Khalil began to coach as a sports performance coach and personal trainer. Khalil also is a certified USA Olympic Weightlifting coach as well as a national level athlete in the 67kg weight class.
As of fall 2019 Khalil is continuing his education at CUNY Lehman College in their Human Performance graduate program.
