Nanci brings 35 years of experience as an educator, school administrator, certified school principal, and case manager to her role as an Advisory Board member. At Parisi Prep, Nanci’s main focus is on how to best maximize the learning potential for each student by setting competitive academic standards, developing cutting-edge and high-tech curricula, establishing the entrance exam for potential students, and instituting best practices for students and instructors alike. In this way, Nanci is instrumental in helping to individualize academic curricula so that each student — regardless of learning level — realizes his or her full potential as a Parisi Prep student.

Paul Staples, PhD
Paul has a doctorate in Educational Psychology and has served as a consultant for numerous Fortune 500 Companies including Caterpillar Inc, Whirlpool Corp., ADT, and USAA in the areas of human behavior, productivity, and process management. In his role as a Parisi Prep Advisory Board member, Paul helps to design curricula, placing a special emphasis on the ability to learn, process, and think critically — key skills and proficiencies needed in today’s modern workforce. Paul’s strategic vision aims to develop a sustainable and operational infrastructure for Parisi Prep education that achieves the desired goals and results set forth by each student.

Robert Gilbert, PhD
Dr. Rob Gilbert, a professor of applied sport psychology at Montclair State University (NJ), has devoted the last 40 years to researching the mental skills of the world’s greatest athletes and coaches. A sought-after expert in the field of sport psychology, peak performance, and motivation, Dr. Gilbert has appeared on hundreds of radio and television programs and has delivered speeches to major academic institutions and corporations. Dr. Gilbert is also an accomplished writer who has published multiple titles. Tina is a lifestyle expert, event design business owner, and current Parisi Prep parent. A national merit scholar, Tina graduated from the University of Delaware with Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Fine Art. After college, Tina worked in advertising at NBC, then continued on to the Discovery Channel and A&E television networks as a director in intermedia marketing.
Tina left to start her event design business in 2003 and since then has been a lifestyle contributor to The New York Times, WSJ, The Today Show, ABC Philly, 201 Magazine, Brides magazine, InStyle magazine, and Nickelodeon. In addition, she has appeared on television networks such as WE, Nickelodeon, E!, TLC, and Style Network.
Tina is married with two children and has two rescue dogs. Tina’s son Charlie is soon-to-be a graduate of Parisi Prep and has been awarded an academic scholarship to Don Bosco Prep!

Anthony Sciarrillo, Esq.
Anthony Sciarillo is the chief legal counsel for Parisi Prep Academy. In addition to representation of school districts, Tony teaches various courses in the certification program for School Business officials conducted by the New Jersey School Business Association. He also served a term as Acting County Counsel for the County of Essex, supervising a staff of approximately 20 attorneys and functioning as the principal legal representative of the County of Essex. Tony conducts workshops, seminars, and in-service programs for board of education members and educational professionals on all aspects of educational law.
Early in his career, Tony was Assistant Counsel to the New Jersey School Boards Association. He was also Assistant Director of the Office of Compliance and supervised the Compliance Investigation Teams in the Camden, Jersey City, and Hoboken School Districts. In this role, he supervised and directed the legal, fiscal, and educational audits of school districts that experienced difficulty in satisfying the monitoring criteria of the Department of Education.
Prior to his admission to the Bar, Tony served as a high school guidance counselor and as a science teacher for eleven years. In addition to his law degree and graduate degrees, he also completed an Advanced Certificate Program in Labor Relations and Negotiations in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, focusing on collective bargaining and contract administration and interpretation. In 2006, he received his Doctor of Education from Seton Hall University. Tony has successfully completed training as a Mediator with the American Arbitration Association.

Mark brings his unique experiences and skillset to his role as an Advisory Board member at Parisi Prep. Mark graduated from North Jersey’s Mahwah High School where he was selected as North Jersey High School Boys Lacrosse Player of the Year. As a senior, he was a First Team All-State attackman and following graduation, he was a First Team All-Decade North Jersey High School Boys Lacrosse selection.
In 2016, as a Yale senior, he was selected First Team All-Ivy League, First Team All-New England, and earned All-American status as one of the top-three short-stick defensive midfielders in the country. During his career at Yale, he won 3 Ivy League Championships and was the recipient of several Yale Men’s Lacrosse awards including the Donald J. Reape Award for “character, spirit, dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm”, the Christian Prince Memorial Jersey for “best teammate” (as voted by the team), the Dan Casman Award for the “underclassman who has contributed most to team spirit and morale” and he was twice the recipient of the prestigious Winthrop A. Smith Award for “inspiring teammates with superior conditioning and team play”. Due to his strength and conditioning, recovery, and nutrition habits, he played in every game throughout his four years in New Haven.
Now, he is a five-year professional lacrosse player, a captain of the Chaos Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), and a member of the San Diego Seals in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). In the PLL’s inaugural season, he was selected to the All-Star Team, was nominated for the George Boiardi Hard Hat Award for Best Short-Stick Defensive Midfielder in the league, and received the Jimmy Regan Teammate of the Year Award. In 2019, he joined the United States Men’s National Lacrosse Training Team.
In addition to being a Professional Athlete, he holds nationally recognized certifications as a Physical Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist, and Mental Performance Coach. Mark currently collaborates, coaches, and teaches with Parisi Prep instructor Dr. Robert Gilbert. His experience as a high level student-athlete can help current Prep students excel both in the classroom and on the field.

Frank is regarded as one of the most influential and prominent executives in the sports marketing industry today. Vuono co-founded 16W Marketing, LLC in 2000 and has expertise in strategic marketing, intellectual property rights, merchandising and e-commerce, and has negotiated record-breaking partnerships for clients such as Quest Diagnostics, Tailored Brands, Encore Capital Management, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, IMG College-Collegiate Licensing Company, Panasonic, Aramark, Nike, the New York Giants, Rita’s Ice, the NFL Alumni Association, The Experts Network, and the Competitor Group. Frank loves the mission of Parisi Prep and how it fills a void in the field of education and is excited to bring his 4+ decades of business experience in helping to develop areas of career development for Parisi Prep students, instructors, and alumni.

Bill Parisi is a 1990 graduate of Iona College with a degree in Business Administration. He was selected as a two-time NCAA Division 1 Track & Field All American and 1988 United States Olympic Trials Qualifier in the Javelin Throw. Saddled with $50,000 dollars in student loan debt, Bill founded the Parisi Speed School in 1992 out of a $500 van. Bill’s locations have collectively trained over 650,000 youth athletes that continue to spread the company mission of developing a positive character in youth regardless of their athletic ability or economic status.

George brings his expertise in franchise recruitment marketing, brand management, social media, network marketing, license support, and business development to Parisi Prep Academy. Prior to Parisi, George worked for the Detroit Red Wings in a variety of positions within the merchandise department, from operations to marketing, for more than a decade. He graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree from Madonna University in 2003, majoring in Journalism and Public Relations. At the beginning of 2020, George was named Managing Director for Parisi Speed School, and is now responsible for planning and implementing long-term business strategies that facilitate growth for Parisi Prep Academy students, parents, faculty, and brand.
